Summary: For over 20 years, MEASURE Evaluation, funded by USAID, helped improve data collection, data quality, and the global capacity for research. As the project ends, online resources remain available for free download; the Data for Impact (D4I) project continues, strengthening the technical and organizational capacity of local partners to collect, analyze, and use data and to support them along their journey to self-reliance.
