The USAID Health Research Program invites you to a webinar on January 19th at 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. EST to highlight where we are going with the use of monitoring & evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) to achieve sustained maternal child health and nutrition (MCHN) impact, focusing on capacity development. Previous webinars in the Health Research Program dissemination series explored learnings from implementation research activities in various USAID-supported countries, emphasizing the importance of stakeholder engagement, partnerships and collaboration. This webinar will spotlight the role of USAID’s Office of Maternal Child Health and Nutrition, Research and Policy Division flagship projects and a recent strategic assessment of the USAID MCHN MERL portfolio in directing MCHN’s future. The session will end with presenters talking about MCHN MERL’s future in country level action from the perspectives of donors and global partners.
