Passing the Arrow: Announcing the Women Deliver 2023 Conference
- Nov 18, 2021 @ 7:30am - 9:00am
- Women Deliver
As one of the largest and most impactful convenings in the gender equality space, Women Deliver’s globally-recognized Conferences catalyze conversations with stakeholders from around the world, break barriers, address challenges, and identify opportunities to advance gender equality and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and improve the wellbeing of girls and women, in all their intersecting identities.
The Women Deliver 2023 Conference (WD2023) will promote a robust online and in-person civic space for feminist action, organizing, and mobilization, and will be more inclusive, diverse, accessible, and consultative than ever before. Co-led and co-created, WD2023 will foster new ideas and inspire action — convening thousands of decision-makers from civil society, government, the private sector, and international agencies, alongside women’s rights organizations and movements, youth-led and LGBTQIA+ organizations, and advocates representing the intersectional identities of girls, women, and underrepresented populations in low-and middle-income countries (LMICs), to identify solutions and drive change.
Join us on 18 November, from 7:30-9:00 am ET, as we “Pass the Arrow” to the official host country of the Women Deliver 2023 Conference (WD2023). Hosted by 30 diverse and influential gender equality advocates from around the world, including government officials, youth, civil society, and private sector leaders, and Femi Oke, Co-Founder, Moderate the Panel, this celebratory occasion will announce:
- The date and location of WD2023
- The WD2023 Advisory Group members
- New program elements including Regional Convening Partners
- An innovative hybrid convening model
- Early pledge sponsors and funders
- The winner of the Conference Registration giveaway!
